To me, being a fan of the Dixie Chicks means to listen to their music, learn from the things that they stand for, and to connect with them.

How do you show your fandom?
I show my fandom through my clothes, my social media accounts, musical taste, and daily conversations. I mean, why not? They’re the best!

What in your mind makes the Dixie Chicks stand out from any other band?
The Dixie Chicks stand out to me because of things they have stood up for, and their confidence.

What currently is the most played song in your music library?
I listen to all of their songs, all the time.

What was the first Dixie Chicks song you remember hearing and when was it?
The first Dixie Chicks song I remember hearing was “Wide Open Spaces.” I don’t remember when, but it stood out to me. They stood out to me.

It’s super hard to choose a favorite, but if I had to it would be “Not Ready To Make Nice” because of the message it gives.

My favorite album would have to be “Taking the Long Way” because of the inspirational songs on that particular album.

Yes, Louisville KY.

What’s the furthest you’ve traveled to see a show?
The furthest I’ve traveled was Louisville (only because I’m not old enough to drive, or fly alone). I plan on travelling to see the Chicks many more times when I am able to do so.

Something other fans may not know would be that Natalie has made a solo album, (Mother) along with Emily and Martie have albums with the Court Yard Hounds.
